Notifications

Everything Osiris has to tell you goes through one system: six categories of event, four channels they can arrive on, and a grid on Settings → Notifications where you decide which combinations you actually want. Nothing is all-or-nothing: you can have price alerts buzz your phone while blog posts wait quietly in the bell.

The four channels

• On site: the bell in the header. It keeps an unread counter, and opening it marks things read. This is the archive: even notifications you route elsewhere land here, so nothing is lost because a phone was off.
• Push: a native notification on your device, delivered even with Osiris closed. Push is granted per device and per browser, so enable it on each machine you actually want buzzing. On iPhone and iPad it only works after adding Osiris to the Home Screen (Share → Add to Home Screen), a restriction Apple imposes on all web apps.
• Email: to your account address, reserved for the things that deserve an inbox, account-critical events and occasional product announcements.
• Telegram: a direct message from the Osiris bot. Link it once with one tap from the notification settings page; unlinking is one tap too.

The six categories

• Critical alerts: plan expiry, payments and account events. Site and email are always on for this one and cannot be switched off: these are the messages that explain why something stopped working.
• Price alerts: an alert you set was triggered. Site, push and Telegram.
• Trading bot: a trade was opened or closed by your bot. Site, push and Telegram; the category only appears if your plan includes the bot.
• Listings & delistings: a pair started trading, or stopped. Site and push.
• Blog: a new article was published. Site and push.
• Announcements: product news from the team. Site, push and email.

Every toggle in the grid saves the moment you flip it. A channel that a category does not support simply has no switch, and one that is mandatory shows why on hover.

Listing and delisting notices

Osiris watches all four exchanges for changes to their perpetual boards, and every listing or delisting is its own event naming its own venue. The same coin arrives on Binance, Bybit, OKX and Bitget on different days, and each notice links to that venue's chart page. Delistings matter more than they look: a pair leaving an exchange takes its price alerts with it, and you are told when that happens rather than discovering a silently vanished alert later.

Telegram

Linking Telegram takes one tap from Settings → Notifications: the page hands you a link that opens the Osiris bot with a one-time token, and you are connected the moment you press Start. From then on any category with a Telegram switch can reach you as a DM.

The trading bot keeps its own Telegram link on the bot settings page, and for Trader accounts it is mandatory: the bot must be able to reach you when a position opens or closes. The two links are independent: unlinking one does not touch the other.

Email, and getting less of it

Email is deliberately the quietest channel. Only critical account events and announcements can use it, and announcement emails carry a one-click unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Unsubscribing there switches that category's email channel off, exactly as the toggle would. Critical account mail keeps coming, because it is the mail that tells you something needs your attention.

A sensible setup

• Push on the one device you always carry; site everywhere else.
• Price alerts on push and Telegram if you trade away from the desk; Telegram survives a phone that revoked its push permission.
• Listings on push if you trade new pairs early; off if you do not, since exchanges list in bursts.
• Bot trades on Telegram, always. It is the channel you can scroll back through.
